New Delhi : Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training, recognised as the World’s No. 1 Air Hostess Training Institute, has received three Training Partner Awards at THSC Connect 2026, organised by the Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council (THSC) on August 20 at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi.
Held under the theme “The Power of Partnerships,” the conference brought together industry leaders, government representatives and hospitality professionals. Frankfinn was recognised for its contribution to skill development and training in the aviation and hospitality sectors. The institute received awards in three categories: Highest Training Centre Affiliation, Private Funded Short-Term Training (STT), and Highest Enrolment in Training of Trainers.
The awards were presented by Mr. Rajan Bahadur, Chief Executive Officer, THSC, to Mr. Sudhir Malhotra, Chief Operating Officer, Frankfinn Group, in the presence of industry stakeholders and representatives from the tourism and hospitality ecosystem. The recognition places Frankfinn alongside several prominent organisations honoured at the conference, including ITC Maurya New Delhi, Radisson Hotels, Sarovar Hotels and Compass Group.
Continuing a Legacy of Recognition
The latest awards further strengthen Frankfinn’s long-standing association with THSC. The institute has previously received the Best Training Partner Award from THSC on five occasions, in 2017-18, 2018-19, 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24.
Frankfinn had also received three THSC awards in a single year in 2022-23, making the three-award recognition in 2026 another significant milestone for the institute.
The institute attributes its continued recognition to its training network across India, including smaller cities and towns, aimed at making aviation and hospitality education accessible to aspiring students nationwide.
Focus on Industry-Aligned Training
Established in 1993, Frankfinn is a multinational company that completed 33 years of operations in 2026 and has announced plans for further expansion. Frankfinn has partnered with Air India to provide students with cabin service familiarisation training. Students completing the relevant programme receive a co-branded certificate from Air India.
Its training centres feature computer laboratories equipped with projectors and audiovisual aids, professional classrooms and experienced trainers. Students are also trained on leading computerised reservation systems used across the airline, hotel and travel industries. Frankfinn states that its courses are affiliated with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and the Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council, aligning its programmes with national skilling standards.
Strong Placement Track Record
More than 10,000 Frankfinn students secured placements in aviation, hospitality, travel and customer service industries during the past year, according to the institute. Frankfinn has also been repeatedly featured in the Limca Book of Records for achieving a high number of cabin crew placements. The institute states that its highest salary package currently offered to a student stands at ₹2.45 lakh per month. It has also served as the sole recruitment partner for the Emirates Group, including Emirates Airline, for 14 consecutive years, according to the company.
Recognition Across the Skill Development Sector
Frankfinn has received multiple recognitions from industry bodies over the years. The institute has been awarded Best Air Hostess Training Institute by ASSOCHAM for 11 consecutive years and received the ASSOCHAM Gold Award for Best Higher Vocational Institute for Skill Development for four consecutive years from 2016 to 2019. In 2021, Frankfinn received the award for Best Aviation Training Institute at the ASSOCHAM Knowledge Management Virtual Meet and Awards on Leadership Excellence. The institute was also recognised by the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry in 2019 for Outstanding Contribution in Cabin Crew Training and received recognition for Best Institute in Placement at the ASSOCHAM Education Excellence Summit cum Awards Ceremony in January 2022.
