Noida: Technocraft Ventures Limited, a leading multidisciplinary public infrastructure development company, has announced the launch of its Initial Public Offering (IPO), which will open for public subscription on Friday, August 7, 2026. The issue will close on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, while the anchor investor bidding is scheduled for Thursday, August 6, 2026.
The company has fixed the price band at ₹200–212 per equity share and aims to raise ₹251.88 crore at the upper end of the price band. The equity shares are proposed to be listed on both the BSE and the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
The IPO comprises a fresh issue of up to 95.05 lakh equity shares and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 23.76 lakh equity shares by the promoter selling shareholder, Kartikey Constructions (Partnership Firm), each with a face value of ₹10.
Investors can bid for a minimum of 70 equity shares and in multiples of 70 equity shares thereafter.
The allocation includes 35.64 lakh equity shares reserved for Anchor Investors, 23.76 lakh equity shares for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), 17.83 lakh equity shares for Non-Institutional Investors (HNIs), and 41.58 lakh equity shares for Retail Individual Investors (RIIs).
Khambatta Securities Limited is acting as the Book Running Lead Manager, while Bigshare Services Private Limited has been appointed as the Registrar to the issue.
According to the company’s Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), ₹150 crore from the proceeds of the fresh issue will be utilized towards funding working capital requirements, while the remaining funds will be used for general corporate purposes and issue-related expenses.
