The exclusive food festival will be held from July 16 to July 31, 2026.
Designed to recreate the grandeur of royal dining, the festival showcases an exquisite selection of handcrafted biryanis and expertly grilled kebabs prepared using traditional recipes, premium ingredients, aromatic spices, and age-old cooking techniques that have defined Indian royal cuisine for centuries.
Guests can indulge in an extensive menu featuring signature biryanis such as Hyderabadi Kathal Dum Biryani, Hyderabadi Mutton Biryani, and Murgh Dum Biryani, alongside an array of vegetarian and non-vegetarian kebabs including Shahi Subz Akhrot Ki Seekh, Ulta Tawa Subz Galouti, Murgh Angar Bedgi, and Gosht Aur Hare Pyaaz Ki Seekh. Every dish has been thoughtfully curated by the hotel’s Master Chef, blending fragrant basmati rice, saffron, slow-roasted spices, and authentic culinary craftsmanship.
