GSFC University Records 100% Placement in B.Tech Chemical, Fire & EHS and M.Sc. Chemistry Programmes
Vadodara: GSFC University has achieved an impressive 100% placement record for the graduating batch of 2026 in B.Tech Chemical Engineering, B.Tech Fire & Environment, Health & Safety (Fire & EHS), and M.Sc. Chemistry, further reinforcing its commitment to industry-oriented education and career-ready graduates.
A total of 67 students from these three programmes participated in the placement process and collectively received more than 60 job offers from over 12 leading companies representing diverse industrial sectors.
The B.Tech Chemical Engineering programme recorded a highest annual package of ₹6 LPA, with an average package of ₹4 LPA. Students from the B.Tech Fire & EHS programme secured a highest package of ₹7.1 LPA and an average package of ₹6 LPA, reflecting the growing demand for skilled safety and environmental professionals. Meanwhile, graduates from M.Sc. Chemistry received a highest package of ₹3.5 LPA, with an average package of ₹3 LPA.
The placement drive witnessed participation from several reputed organisations, including Reliance Industries Ltd., Nirma Ltd., L&T Technology Services Ltd., UPL Ltd., Alembic Pharmaceuticals Ltd., GSPL India Gasnet Ltd., IMC Ltd., along with several other prominent national and multinational companies.
Established in 2015 as a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative of Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited (GSFC), GSFC University was founded with the vision of developing industry-ready professionals through academic excellence, practical learning and strong industry engagement.
Over the past decade, the University has expanded significantly—from offering just two engineering programmes with 141 students to becoming a multidisciplinary institution with more than 23 academic programmes and a student strength exceeding 3,300.
