Surat : Indian rhythms resonated across Europe as a delegation of student performers from AMNS International School (AMNSIS) proudly represented the country during the Poland–Czech Republic Europe Cultural Tour 2026, organized in collaboration with Rangsagar Performing Arts from 24 June to 03 July 2026.
The students participated in the prestigious International Children’s Festival – Children of Mountains and Valleys, joining young performers from Estonia, Slovakia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, India, Kalina (Poland), and Sanok (Poland). The festival served as a vibrant platform for cultural exchange, fostering friendship and mutual appreciation through the universal language of performing arts.
Representing India’s rich cultural legacy, the AMNSIS delegation enthralled audiences with captivating performances of Gondhal, Lezium, and Rajasthani folk dances at schools, public city squares, and the festival’s grand Gala Performance in Gmina Dydnia, Poland. Their energetic presentations earned appreciation for showcasing the diversity and vibrancy of Indian folk traditions on an international stage.
Beyond the performances, the cultural tour offered students a unique opportunity to interact with peers from different countries, exchange cultural experiences, and develop a broader global perspective while strengthening cross-cultural understanding.
The delegation undertook this memorable journey under the guidance of Principal Ms. Sunita Matoo, with the stewardship of Mr. Naresh Patel, Founder and Director of Rangsagar Performing Arts, along with School Coordinator Ms. Rashmi Dewan and Dance Teacher Ms. Arpita Mukherjee. Their mentorship enabled the students to proudly represent India while embracing the true spirit of international cultural exchange.
