Mumbai : BCT Ventures has officially launched as India’s first AI-native consumer brands platform, announcing a ₹42 crore seed funding round led by 3one4 Capital. The investment will be used to strengthen the company’s proprietary AI infrastructure as it begins building next-generation consumer brands in the nutrition and wellness sector.

The platform aims to redefine how consumer brands are conceived, developed and scaled by embedding artificial intelligence across every stage of the value chain—from consumer insights and product development to distribution and performance marketing.

Founded by Kashyap Vadapalli, KV Ravi Shekhar and Anubhav Sonthalia, BCT Ventures brings together extensive experience in consumer technology, digital marketing, venture building and mergers and acquisitions. The founding team has previously held leadership roles at Google, eBay, Pepperfry, Doubtnut, Vedantu, WPP, Sokrati and Dentsu.

The company will initially focus on India’s rapidly growing nutrition and wellness market, where consumer demand is shifting towards preventive healthcare, practitioner-backed products and personalised wellness solutions.

BCT Ventures’ AI-native platform is powered by three proprietary engines:

  • Resonance – A trust and attention engine that leverages practitioner-led content and AI workflows to build engaged consumer communities and identify emerging demand.
  • Nucleus – A product development engine that transforms practitioner expertise and consumer insights into protocol-first products.
  • Meridian – An AI-driven performance marketing engine that optimises creative testing, media buying, budget allocation and return on ad spend (RoAS).

Together, these three systems create a closed-loop operating model in which consumer insights drive product creation, AI accelerates market expansion and customer feedback continuously improves future offerings.

Commenting on the launch, Kashyap Vadapalli, Co-founder of BCT Ventures, said AI represents the next major technological shift after digital distribution and data-driven decision-making, enabling businesses to build and scale brands more intelligently than ever before.

Co-founder KV Ravi Shekhar said the company aims to fundamentally rethink how consumer brands are created, validated and grown by combining deep customer understanding with AI-enabled execution.

Anubhav Sonthalia, Co-founder, added that BCT Ventures has developed an AI-native operating system that helps entrepreneurs make better decisions across every stage of brand creation—from identifying opportunities to launching and scaling products.

Speaking on the investment, Anand Batra from the Investment Team at 3one4 Capital said BCT Ventures is pioneering a new operating model where AI is integrated into consumer insight generation, product development, distribution and growth from the outset. He noted that the founding team’s experience in demand creation, audience building and venture scaling positions the company to create category-leading brands in nutrition and wellness.

With India’s wellness economy witnessing rapid expansion, BCT Ventures plans to extend its AI-first operating model to other underserved consumer categories over time, focusing on segments where trusted education, product innovation and scalable growth infrastructure can create sustainable market leaders.
