Ahmedabad: Reinforcing Ahmedabad’s emergence as one of India’s fastest-growing entrepreneurial ecosystems, BNI Ahmedabad successfully concluded its flagship annual event — Symposium 2026 — bringing together more than 10,000 business leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals under one roof for two days of high-impact networking, strategic discussions and business collaborations.

Held under the theme “Upward, Forward and Beyond,” the symposium witnessed participation from over 50 industry sectors, making it one of the region’s largest business networking and referral-driven events. The event featured curated networking sessions, industry-led panel discussions, business matchmaking opportunities and the Sicilian Expo comprising more than 150 business stalls.

A major highlight of this year’s symposium was the launch of AI-powered networking tools designed to help attendees identify relevant business connections, streamline interactions and generate meaningful collaborations. The event also hosted structured one-on-one meetings and “Industry Power Dates,” enabling direct conversations focused on partnerships, investments and business expansion.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, Yash Vasant, Chairman and Executive Director of BNI Ahmedabad, said, “Symposium 2026 has received an overwhelming response. When over 10,000 business minds come together under one roof, ideas naturally convert into opportunities. Over the last two days, participants didn’t just exchange visiting cards — they built relationships, explored partnerships and opened doors to new business possibilities. That energy and collaboration define the BNI Ahmedabad ecosystem.”

Highlighting the organisation’s long-term economic impact, he added, “Over the last 13 years, BNI Ahmedabad has played a transformative role in strengthening the city’s business landscape, facilitating more than ₹13,400 crore worth of business through referrals and relationship-based networking. Our goal has always been to create a platform where the right people connect and grow together.”

The second day of the symposium featured keynote sessions by investment banker, business educator and bestselling author CA Sarthak Ahuja, along with discussions focused on entrepreneurship, leadership and evolving business trends. Author and motivational speaker Jay Vasavada also conducted a special masterclass on business mindset and success.

Another key session featured a conversation between Hiranyamay Mahanta and Kuntal Shah on the topic “Idea to Investment: The Entrepreneur’s Roadmap,” offering insights into startup scaling, innovation and investor readiness.
