Ahmedabad : Orenda Financial Services Private Limited, a technology-led lending consultancy, today announced the launch of its new corporate office in Ahmedabad, marking an important milestone in the company’s expansion strategy. The company plans to strengthen its presence across major cities in India while simultaneously focusing on expanding access to finance in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.

The Ahmedabad corporate office was inaugurated today as Orenda marked its ninth anniversary, reinforcing the company’s commitment to building a larger technology-driven lending network from Gujarat.

Founded in Rajkot in 2017, Orenda has facilitated more than ₹1,000 crore in loan disbursements over the past nine years and has helped more than 10,000 businesses and individuals access financing through a network of more than 50 banks and NBFCs. The company is now targeting ₹1,000 crore in loan disbursements over the next 12 months, reflecting its ambition to significantly accelerate growth.

Ahmedabad Office to Drive National Expansion

The new Ahmedabad corporate office will serve as an important hub for Orenda’s business operations, technology development and expansion initiatives. From Gujarat, the company plans to build a stronger national footprint by establishing offices in major cities across India.

At the same time, Orenda’s strategy goes beyond large metropolitan markets. The company intends to focus strongly on Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities, where MSMEs, entrepreneurs, professionals and individuals increasingly require access to structured and competitive financing solutions. This dual-market strategy — combining a presence in India’s major cities with deeper penetration into emerging markets — is expected to form an important part of Orenda’s next phase of growth.

MSME Business Loans, Home Loans and Mortgage Loans

Orenda’s core product focus includes MSME business loans, home loans and loan against property (mortgage loans). The company also facilitates professional loans and salaried personal loans through its lending partner network. For MSMEs in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities, the company aims to make the process of identifying and accessing appropriate business finance simpler by connecting borrowers with suitable lending options. The company’s focus on home loans and loan against property is also expected to support its expansion in the secured lending segment.

One-Stop Loan Destination Powered by Technology

A key component of Orenda’s growth strategy is its technology platform. The company today launched its in-house CRM platform, covering the borrower journey from lead generation to disbursement for both its internal teams and channel partners.

Orenda has also developed a proprietary bank-statement analysis tool, built in-house to support its lending process. With AI and technology increasingly integrated into its lending ecosystem, Orenda aims to create a one-stop destination for loan requirements, enabling customers to explore multiple financing options through its network of banks and NBFCs.

Building a Wider National Network

Orenda currently operates from Rajkot and Ahmedabad and has a network of more than 50 bank and NBFC partners and over 450 channel partners.

The company plans to leverage this network as it expands into additional cities, with a particular emphasis on creating stronger access to lending solutions in India’s growing Tier-2 and Tier-3 markets. The company has also introduced Orenda Holdings as an equity partner, supporting its planned expansion beyond Gujarat.

From ₹1,000 Crore in Nine Years to the Next ₹1,000 Crore in One Year

Orenda’s latest expansion represents a significant acceleration in its growth journey. Having facilitated more than ₹1,000 crore in loan disbursements since 2017, the company is now targeting another ₹1,000 crore within the next year.

Harsh Bhojani, Founder & Managing Director, Orenda Financial Services, said: “Nine years ago this was one small office in Rajkot. Today we are putting tools in our partners’ hands that nobody else in this market offers them. The first thousand crore took us nine years. The next one will take a good deal less.”

The company believes that its combination of technology, a multi-lender network, a strong focus on MSMEs and secured lending, and expansion into both major cities and Tier-2 and Tier-3 markets will help drive its next phase of growth.
