Ahmedabad: NCC cadets under the aegis of Group Headquarters NCC, Ahmedabad, enthusiastically participated in a Blood Donation Camp organized at Raj Bhavan, Gandhinagar, on the occasion of the Hon’ble Governor of Gujarat’s birthday.
The initiative highlighted the National Cadet Corps’ continued commitment to community service, humanitarian values, and nation-building through youth participation.
During the event, the Hon’ble Governor interacted with the NCC cadets, appreciating their contribution to the noble cause and encouraging them to uphold the ideals of selfless service and responsible citizenship.
Brigadier S.S. Jamwal, Group Commander, NCC Group Headquarters Ahmedabad, also interacted with the cadets and praised their enthusiasm and dedication towards voluntary service. He motivated them to continue serving society with discipline, compassion, and commitment.
The blood donation camp provided cadets with an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to society while reinforcing the core values of the National Cadet Corps. Such initiatives help develop leadership, teamwork, empathy, civic consciousness, and social responsibility among young people.
