Ahmedabad, India: Koraam, powered by Kosol Energie Pvt. Ltd., a Grade-A Top Tier-1 Global Solar Manufacturer and one of India’s leading solar EPC and module manufacturing companies, has secured its fourth order from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) under the Magel Tyala Saur Krushi Pump Yojana (MTSKPY).

Under the newly awarded Letter of Empanelment, Koraam will deploy 2,933 solar water pumping systems across Maharashtra, further strengthening its position in the state’s rapidly growing agricultural solar infrastructure sector. The project scope includes the complete lifecycle of solar water pumping system deployment, covering design, manufacturing, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning. In addition, Koraam will provide comprehensive after-sales support to ensure long-term system reliability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

The project supports the Government of India’s renewable energy objectives under the PM-KUSUM scheme, which aims to promote solar-powered irrigation solutions across the country. By enabling farmers to adopt off-grid solar pumps, the initiative reduces dependence on conventional energy sources while ensuring uninterrupted access to water for agricultural activities. Farmers across Maharashtra will benefit from reliable, sustainable, and cost-effective irrigation solutions powered by Koraam–Kosol solar pumping systems. The company remains committed to improving farmer livelihoods by enhancing agricultural productivity and income through innovative renewable energy solutions tailored to the needs of the farming ecosystem.

The Koraam–Kosol solar pumping systems are powered by advanced Kosol solar PV modules available in 535 Wp and 450 Wp capacities. Designed specifically for agricultural applications, these high-efficiency modules deliver optimal energy generation even under challenging environmental conditions. Featuring high-performance solar cells, low temperature coefficients, and anti-reflective coated glass, the modules ensure superior efficiency, durability, and long-term reliability. Their robust design makes them particularly suitable for rural and agricultural environments, helping farmers achieve consistent performance and sustainable energy generation.

The latest MSEDCL order marks another significant milestone for Koraam powered by Kosol Energie, reinforcing its capability to execute large-scale government-backed renewable energy projects. It further strengthens the company’s reputation as a trusted provider of solar pumping infrastructure and sustainable agricultural solutions. As India accelerates its transition toward clean energy and climate-resilient farming practices, Koraam continues to play a pivotal role in delivering scalable, efficient, and farmer-centric solar technologies that contribute to the nation’s renewable energy goals.
