Mumbai : Škoda Auto India has launched its latest brand campaign titled ‘G.O.A.T – Greatest On A Track’, redefining the popular acronym from “Greatest of All Time” to “Greatest On A Track” while reinforcing the brand’s strong motorsport heritage and performance-oriented engineering. The campaign was unveiled with a major achievement as Škoda Auto India created an India and Asia Book of Records benchmark for the ‘Fastest Multi-Car Relay of a Single Manufacturer on a Circuit’. The record was achieved at the CoASTT circuit, where the brand’s five-car fleet completed the relay in a total time of 12:30.97.
The fleet included the Škoda Kylaq, Škoda Kushaq, Škoda Slavia, Škoda Kodiaq and the Škoda Octavia RS, driven consecutively in a timed relay format that included pit-lane changeovers.
The sub-4 metre Kylaq clocked 2:31.6, while the Kushaq and Slavia recorded lap times of 2:29.7 and 2:27.63 respectively. The Kodiaq Selection L&K completed the circuit in 2:26.34, while the Octavia RS emerged as the fastest car in the lineup with a lap time of 2:10.85 on the 3.8-kilometre track.

The campaign highlights Škoda’s 130-year global legacy and over 125 years of motorsport heritage. It also celebrates more than five decades of the iconic RS (Rally Sport) badge, first introduced with the legendary Škoda 130 RS in 1975. Škoda Auto India stated that the campaign underlines the brand’s focus on dynamic performance, steering precision, braking capability, chassis balance, and safety across its product portfolio. The company emphasized that the motorsport-inspired engineering philosophy is reflected across all models, from the Kylaq compact SUV to the Octavia RS performance sedan.
With this record-setting initiative, Škoda Auto India aims to strengthen its positioning as a performance-led automotive brand while showcasing the dynamic and safety capabilities of its entire vehicle lineup.
