Mumbai: Veteran actor, television personality, and conversational entertainer Shekhar Suman is making a much-awaited return to the late-night talk show space with his new digital-first show, Shekhar Tonite, marking his comeback to the format that once redefined celebrity conversations on Indian television.
Set to premiere on 15 May 2026 on his official YouTube channel, Shekhar Tonite promises candid, unscripted, and emotionally driven conversations featuring personalities from films, politics, music, sports, business, and culture. The show aims to revive authentic storytelling and meaningful dialogue at a time when most conversations are often scripted for virality and social media trends.
The official trailer and first look of the show were unveiled through a large-scale outdoor and digital campaign, instantly sparking nostalgia among audiences familiar with Shekhar Suman’s iconic conversational style that blended satire, wit, emotion, and fearless commentary.
Produced under the banners of Sangani Brothers and Cobbled Street, the show brings together a creative collaboration focused on delivering raw and instinct-led conversations rather than conventional celebrity interviews.
