New Delhi/Kuala Lumpur, April 2026: Malaysia Airlines has launched a new global campaign in partnership with Manchester United, aimed at enhancing fan engagement through experiential travel offerings.
As part of the campaign, the airline is offering customers a chance to win a matchday experience at Old Trafford, including return flights, match tickets, and accommodation in Manchester.
The initiative is supported by a global brand film, “Proud Supporters of Supporters,” narrated by former Manchester United captain Gary Neville. The film highlights the convergence of travel and sport, positioning the airline as a connector of global fan communities.
The campaign, open until April 10, 2026, is available to Enrich loyalty programme members, including new sign-ups, who book through Malaysia Airlines’ official platforms. Five winners and their companions will be selected to attend the Manchester United vs Brentford match scheduled on April 27, 2026.
The move is part of Malaysia Airlines’ broader strategy to strengthen its positioning as a leading sports partnership airline in the Asia-Pacific region. By leveraging high-visibility collaborations, the airline aims to deepen customer engagement and expand brand recall across international markets.
Malaysia Airlines currently operates key routes connecting Asia with Europe, including services to London Heathrow and Paris Charles de Gaulle, enabling seamless access to major global destinations.
The airline said the campaign aligns with its focus on delivering differentiated travel experiences while reinforcing its brand proposition of Malaysian Hospitality.
