Ahmedabad : In a move aligned with India’s accelerating electric mobility transition, Swati Builders, a prominent Ahmedabad-based real estate developer, has partnered with Bolt.Earth, one of India’s largest EV charging networks, to deploy smart EV charging infrastructure across its residential projects.
As part of the agreement, Bolt.Earth has been onboarded as the registered EV charging solutions partner for Swati Builders. The collaboration follows a multi-vendor evaluation process, with the developer selecting Bolt.Earth for its integrated technology stack and deployment capabilities in residential ecosystems. The EV charging solutions have already been rolled out across multiple projects, including Swati Symphony, Swati Parkside, Swati Gardenia, and Swati Senor, marking early adoption of EV-ready infrastructure in Ahmedabad’s housing segment.
The partnership comes at a time when India’s EV penetration is witnessing steady growth, driven by policy incentives and rising consumer interest. However, charging accessibility—particularly in residential settings—remains a key bottleneck. By embedding EV charging systems within housing developments, the collaboration aims to bridge this gap and enable at-home charging convenience, a critical factor influencing EV adoption among urban consumers.
Residents will be able to access charging services through the Bolt.Earth EV Charging App, offering features such as real-time usage tracking, secure access, and digital payments.
