Ahmedabad: Aspire For Her, in collaboration with SEED and powered by Payoneer, made a vibrant entrance in Ahmedabad with an influential event, SheExports, held at the Gujarat Student Startup and Innovation Hub (i-Hub). This gathering united groundbreaking entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and aspiring businesswoman to discuss strategies for global growth and compliance.
Payoneer, a fintech leader that empowers small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to thrive in international markets, has teamed up with Aspire For Her (AFH), an organization committed to helping women-led service businesses in India expand globally, alongside SEED.
Through this impactful partnership, Aspire For Her is introducing SheExports – a transformative initiative aimed at guiding Indian women entrepreneurs toward international success. This community-driven program features an 11-city national roadshow, with Ahmedabad marking the crucial sixth stop on this empowering journey.

The Ahmedabad chapter was officially inaugurated by Madhura DasGupta Sinha, Founder & CEO of Aspire For Her, who is leading the mission to incorporate one million women into the workforce by 2025 and ten million by 2030. A visionary leader driving this initiative, Madhura DasGupta Sinha is turning aspirations into global success stories through SheExports. “Ahmedabad is a city filled with entrepreneurial energy,” she expressed. “Today’s discussions were aimed at further igniting that spark among women entrepreneurs.”
The event began with an engaging Fireside Chat on “Scaling Hacks,” featuring Viral Vora, Founder & CEO of CFirst, COGBEE, and CAYPRO, in dialogue with Anuj Kanwar, Advisor at Aspire For Her. With over 20 years of experience, Viral shared his journey of developing inclusive, AI-driven HR tech platforms serving clients across North America, the UK, and Europe. He provided actionable strategies for international scaling, emphasizing the necessity of merging human insight with technology, creating bias-free recruitment systems, and cultivating a globally agile mindset. “In today’s unpredictable landscape of shifting geopolitics and trade policies, achieving business success demands more than hard work; it requires persistence, adaptability, and resilience. Especially for cross-border enterprises, remaining alert and strategically agile is vital to navigate constant global changes,” remarked Viral Vora during his discussion.
Following this, a practical masterclass titled “Export Compliance: Beyond Borders” was led by Swati Panchal, Co-Founder of i47 Global Venture Specialists. Swati elucidated the complexities of international trade regulations, equipping attendees with actionable strategies to confidently navigate global markets.
