Building Future-Ready Mindsets

Over the past three decades, EDII’s flagship programme, ‘Entrepreneurial Stimulation for Children’, has successfully organised 45 camps, grooming 3,228 children. The programme focuses on helping young participants identify their strengths, build a growth mindset, and develop winning skills essential for future success. Parents also receive a detailed assessment report highlighting their child’s personality traits and developmental pathways.

Similarly, the ‘Entrepreneurial Adventures for Youth’ camps have trained over 2,100 young individuals, equipping them with critical entrepreneurial competencies such as:

  • Risk-taking ability
  • Creative thinking
  • Conflict management
  • Effective communication
  • Teamwork and collaboration
  • Problem-solving skills

The camps also include career counselling sessions, enabling participants to make informed academic and professional choices.

Experiential Learning Approach

A key highlight of the camps is their experiential learning methodology, which includes:

  • Interactions with successful entrepreneurs and achievers
  • Field visits to industries and enterprises
  • Practical exposure to real-world business scenarios

These immersive experiences ensure participants not only learn concepts but also understand their practical application.

Proven Impact

With a strong focus on competency-based training, EDII’s summer camps have consistently shaped participants into confident, high-achieving individuals with a strong spirit of enterprise and achievement.

Programme Leadership

The camps will be led by Dr. Pankaj Bharti, Faculty at EDII.
