Gandhinagar : DesignCafe, a design-led home interiors brand in India, has expanded its presence in Gujarat with the launch of a new Experience Centre in Gandhinagar. The facility marks the company’s second experience centre in the state and the 22nd across India, reinforcing its focus on the fast-growing Ahmedabad–Gandhinagar residential corridor.
Spread across 2,300 sq. ft., the centre offers homeowners a fully designed apartment walkthrough, allowing them to experience interior concepts in real-life settings. The space showcases modular kitchens, wardrobes, bedrooms and living areas, along with multiple kitchen formats and space-efficient storage solutions designed for modern homes. The experience centre also displays a wide range of materials, finishes and design options, enabling homeowners to explore combinations that balance aesthetics, functionality and everyday practicality.
Speaking on the expansion, Gita Ramanan, Co-founder and CEO of DesignCafe, said Gujarat’s blend of craftsmanship and entrepreneurial mindset shapes how homeowners approach design decisions.
“Gujarat reflects a powerful combination of craftsmanship and commercial clarity, and these sensibilities are visible in the design choices homeowners make. The Ahmedabad–Gandhinagar region is witnessing a growing base of discerning homeowners who are increasingly design-aware, drawing inspiration from global aesthetics while remaining rooted in practical, long-term thinking. This aligns closely with DesignCafe’s approach of offering personalised interior solutions with a wide range of materials and finishes,” she said.
The launch comes at a time when the Ahmedabad–Gandhinagar region is witnessing steady residential growth, supported by infrastructure expansion and the development of GIFT City, which is driving demand for organised, end-to-end home interior solutions.
Shezaan Bhojani, Co-founder and CEO of DesignCafe, said the new experience centre is designed to make the home interiors journey more transparent and efficient for homeowners.
“The experience centre enables customers to explore layouts, materials and finishes while also understanding budgets and execution timelines. It reflects our structured delivery model, backed by precision manufacturing and strong quality checks, allowing homeowners to move confidently from design decisions to execution,” he said.
The Gandhinagar Experience Centre is now open to visitors, offering homeowners an opportunity to explore DesignCafe’s interior solutions and understand the brand’s design and execution process firsthand.
