Karnataka Tourism Strengthens North India Outreach at SATTE Delhi 2026, Showcases Diverse Heritage & Experiential Offerings

New Delhi  : Karnataka Tourism concluded a successful participation at the South Asia Travel & Tourism Exchange (SATTE) 2026, held from 25–27 February at Yashobhoomi (India International Convention & Expo Centre), Dwarka, New Delhi. The event provided a strategic platform to engage with domestic and international travel trade stakeholders, strengthen partnerships, and promote Karnataka’s diverse tourism offerings across key source markets.

The Karnataka Tourism stall was inaugurated by Shri Pasang Dorjee Sona, Hon’ble Minister of Tourism, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, in the presence of senior officials and industry stakeholders. Representing the Department of Tourism, Government of Karnataka was Mr. Raghavendra, Deputy Director, along with officials from the Karnataka State Tourism Development Corporation (KSTDC) and Jungle Lodges & Resorts Ltd. (JLR Ltd.).

Over the three-day exhibition, the Karnataka pavilion witnessed consistent footfall and hosted productive B2B meetings with travel trade representatives from Delhi and beyond. Discussions focused on collaborative opportunities, curated itineraries, and strengthening business linkages with tour operators, travel agents, and destination management companies.

The pavilion showcased Karnataka’s comprehensive tourism portfolio, including UNESCO World Heritage Sites, wildlife reserves, pristine beaches, wellness retreats, and rich cultural experiences. The state was positioned as a holistic destination catering to heritage, nature, spiritual, and experiential tourism segments. Bengaluru’s stature as a major commercial and connectivity hub further reinforced conversations around leisure, corporate travel, and MICE opportunities.

Karnataka Tourism also distributed detailed brochures, itineraries, and promotional material to trade partners and media representatives, enabling in-depth product familiarisation. Participation at SATTE provided valuable insights into evolving buyer preferences and emerging travel trends from North India.

Overall, Karnataka Tourism’s presence at SATTE Delhi 2026 significantly enhanced destination visibility, strengthened industry relationships, and generated promising leads for future tourism promotion and business collaborations.
