Kolkata: Annapurna Swadisht Limited, a fast-growing FMCG company with a strong footprint across Eastern India, has announced the launch of its new brand ‘OFFSIDE’ at a special event in Kolkata. The brand is endorsed by former Indian cricket captain Sourav Ganguly, who has been associated with the company as its Brand Ambassador since September 2025.
The launch of OFFSIDE marks the company’s strategic move to strengthen its presence in urban and semi-urban markets, complementing its already well-established rural distribution network. The new brand is positioned to cater to evolving consumer preferences in the snacks and convenience food segment. The event witnessed the presence of senior leadership, channel partners, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
Founded in 2015, Annapurna Swadisht Limited manufactures and markets a diverse portfolio of over 100 food products, including western snacks, traditional namkeens, instant noodles, fryums, potato chips, bakery items, and confectionery products. The company currently operates across more than 80,000 villages and 250 towns in West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, Uttar Pradesh, and the North-Eastern states.
According to company disclosures, Annapurna Swadisht Limited reported revenue of ₹407 crore in FY25, registering a strong year-on-year growth of 54 percent. Operating profit stood at ₹47 crore with a margin of 12 percent, while net profit reached ₹22 crore. Earnings per share for the year rose to ₹9.86.
