National : All In Capital, a pre-seed and seed-stage venture capital firm focused on backing non-obvious founders at the earliest stages, has announced the launch of its Golden Ticket Program, along with the opening of applications for its first cohort supporting early-stage Indian founders building AI-driven companies.
Founded by Aditya Singh and Kushal Bhagia, All In Capital invests in founders at the idea and early product stage, with a strong focus on speed, founder alignment and hands-on support. The firm follows a high-conviction, high-volume model and works closely with founding teams on early customer discovery, product-market fit and go-to-market strategy, particularly across AI, deep tech and B2B software.
Speaking on the initiative, Kushal Bhagia, Co-founder and Partner, All In Capital, said, “We are witnessing a fundamental shift in how AI companies are being built. The opportunity today lies in deeply vertical solutions where founders understand industry problems better than anyone else. Through the Golden Ticket Program, we aim to back founders at the stage where conviction is strong but access is limited, and help them build globally relevant companies from day one.”
Under the first Golden Ticket cohort, All In Capital plans to select 20–30 startups through a competitive evaluation process. Selected teams will be eligible for pre-seed funding of up to $300,000 per company, with total capital deployment reaching up to $1 million. The cohort will conclude with a Demo Day, where participating startups will present their ventures to a curated group of investors from the Silicon Valley ecosystem.
The program is open to fresh graduates and early-career founders, with a requirement that each team includes at least one technical co-founder with expertise in software engineering, AI/ML or a relevant domain. The cohort will primarily focus on startups building AI solutions for specific industry segments such as healthcare, professional services and other specialised markets.
As part of the program structure, selected founders will spend 6–12 months in Silicon Valley, working closely with customers, mentors and partners to refine their products and business models. The program also offers access to the US startup ecosystem, investor networks, enterprise customers and travel support. Applications for the Golden Ticket cohort are open on a rolling basis. The selection process will evaluate founding team strength, clarity of the problem being solved, speed of iteration and openness to feedback. Prior startup experience, revenue or a fully developed product is not mandatory.
