Ahmedabad: Revomac Industries Pvt. Ltd., a leading global manufacturer of concrete product equipment, has launched the Fully Automatic Servo Cuber System in India. This innovation marks a significant milestone in the country’s construction and manufacturing sectors. The system automates the entire post-production process for handling blocks and pavers, revolutionising productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
Revomac has established itself as a leader in the industry over the past 15 years by creating innovative machinery for the production of fly ash bricks, paver blocks, kerb stones, hollow blocks, and concrete blocks. The company has successfully installed over 450 machines in India and exports to South America, Africa, and the Gulf, further solidifying its position as a global leader through this innovation.
Mr. Jigar Patel, the Director of Revomac Industries, shared his vision for the launch: “The Automatic Servo Cuber System can produce between 50,000 and 100,000 bricks each day. It efficiently removes bricks from pallets, shapes them into cubes, bundles these cubes, and prepares them for shipment, ensuring a seamless process alongside brick production.”
He further added: “The Automatic Servo Cuber Robot handles blocks directly from production pallets and stacks them in cube form, ready for curing, storage, and dispatch. This system helps manufacturers reduce labor dependency, improve product quality, and ensure damage-free handling. In short, the entire block production process has now become smarter, faster, and more sustainable.”
Revomac proudly introduces its Jaguar-inspired block-making machine, renowned for its strength and precision. This advanced machine features a cutting-edge vibration system that optimizes cement usage while boosting the strength and performance of the products it creates.
Revomac is transforming automation in concrete block production with its offices located in Florida, Dubai, Kenya, and Togo. Its technology is already serving significant projects such as Reliance Vantara, Mundra Port, Dholera SIR, Jewar International Airport, and AIIMS.
“Every step we take is towards the future of smarter, faster, and more sustainable block manufacturing,” Mr. Patel added.
