IITRAM will host its 7th Convocation Ceremony on August 22, 2025 (Friday) at the Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Auditorium Hall, located in Vastral, Ahmedabad. During this event, a total of 104 graduates will be conferred degrees, including:
- B.Tech: 88 graduates
- M.Tech: 2 graduates
- Doctoral: 14 graduates
Among the B.Tech graduates, 21 students achieved Honours, broken down as follows:
- Civil Engineering: 4 students
- Electrical Engineering: 7 students
- Mechanical Engineering: 10 students
Additionally, 14 students were awarded B.Tech degrees with Minors:
- Civil Engineering: 4 students
- Electrical Engineering: 5 students
- Mechanical Engineering: 5 students
Graduates from the Class of 2025 from across PAN-India will be in attendance. The ceremony will also feature the presentation of 3 Gold and 3 Silver medals to outstanding students at the undergraduate level across all branches of Engineering. Notably, the Chairman’s medal will be awarded to Mr. Akarsh Patel, who achieved the highest CPI among all specialisations. This formal conferral of degrees marks a significant transition for the graduates as they become alumni.
IITRAM, renowned for its commitment to innovation and education, proudly honors the achievements of its graduates. The Chief Guest for this convocation ceremony was Professor Manoj Choudhary, Vice Chancellor of Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya. He earned his Ph.D. in Communication Systems from IIT Kanpur and a B.E. in Electronics & Communication Engineering from MBM Engineering College in Jodhpur. Currently on lien from IIT Jodhpur, where he serves as a Professor in Electrical Engineering, he has also held the position of Dean for International, Alumni, and Corporate Relations. With 104 graduates receiving their degrees, the ceremony underscored the university’s commitment to nurturing bright minds and equipping them to make a meaningful difference in society.
