Raksha Rajya Mantri Shri Sanjay Seth met with the Defence Minister of Malaysia, YAB Dato’ Seri Mohamed Khaled bin Nordin, during the Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace Exhibition (LIMA) 2025. The two leaders engaged in discussions on how to strengthen defence cooperation within the framework of the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
Raksha Rajya Mantri reiterated India’s zero-tolerance policy on terrorism and sought Malaysia’s support. Malaysia reaffirmed its commitment to resolving all issues bilaterally. Shri Sanjay Seth participated in the opening ceremony of LIMA 2025 and inaugurated the India pavilion which showcases India’s prowess of indigenous defence industry. He received Deputy Defence Minister of Malaysia YB Adly Bin Zahari onboard Indian Naval Ship Kavaratti which is participating in LIMA 2025
